This photo was taken along the Starkey Oregon Highway heading toward the Hilgard state park near La Grande, Oregon. There are several areas along the river for fishing, swimming, or just stopping to take a much needed break. There is also a bed and breakfast along this highway. A great place to take the family, dogs, and even the horses!
